1982. 5. 25Seil M&C Trading Company was established.
1990. 5. 22Seil-Seres Co., Ltd. was established and started manufacturing VRC, Actuators & ODME.
2000. 3Busan Factory No.1 completion.
2004. 4Busan Factory No.2 completion.
2005. 1Seil-Seres Singapore and Seil-Seres Shanghai were established as branch office in Singapore and China.
2011. 3. 25Manufacturing division of Seil Seres acquired by KSB.
2011. 4. 14Changeover to new structure and name - Seil M&C
2011. 9Seil M&C acquired 44% shares of Endas Co., Ltd. (Manufacturer of NVR for CCTV systems)
2014. 9. 29Seil M&C acquired 11,610m2 lot in Mium Industrial Complex, Busan-Korea.
2015. 6. 1Seil M&C (Europe) established in UK as branch office in EU.
